i'm looking for a recipe to make Jelly soaps, similar to Lush's Jelly soaps. i'm an experienced soapmaker, but have no clue how they execute these.

Hi Deb!

I'm afraid this is a new concept for me.  I've never heard of Jelly soaps before reading your question.  I am not sure what the process is that they are using, but my first attempt would be to make a liquid soap and then add the Carrageenan Extract.  This is a natural thickener.  My wife has worked with this substance in making salves, lip balms, and lotions.  

I don't know if this will work, but that is where I'd begin.  I hope this is at least a little help to you.  If I can be of further help, please feel free to contact me.  In the meantime, I'll begin to experiment!
