Question
Hi,
How do you make a lotion massage candle?  I know it takes soy wax, butters, jojoba oil and a cotton or hemp wick, but HOW do you make one>?  Thanks

Answer
Hi there,
I know of the type of candle you are referring to. However, I've never made any of these types of candles. So, I apologize I can not help you. However, in certain candlemaking circles these candles are all the buzz. Mostly because of dangerous nature of these types of candles. If you plan on making these types of candles, be sure to test your product thouroughly, use only skin safe fragrances and make sure you have plenty of insurance coverage. I don't want to scare you into not making these types of candles. One must be careful, when someone is going to be putting hot scented wax on their skin. Not all skin types are alike. Even though you may have purchased skin safe products, how is one to know someone may have a severe reaction to the combination of fragrance and wax, while others may not. It can happen, so please be careful as you venture down this path. In this sue happy society we live in, be safe and be covered for the unexpected.
Good luck!
