i have just started making soap and i am finding that once dried they are not hard like other that i have seen
can you help please

There are a number of possible reasons why your soap is not hard. Most reasons are based on the formula you use. Please send the formula to me so I can see if that is the cause.
Also, how much time are you giving the soap to dry?
