I absolutely disagree with " Dogs generally don't pee out of aggression (or even anger or spite)" It is not true. This issue does exist, when we are talking about multiple dogs in one house. I just started to research this question myself, so let's hop to other sites, everybody; although tether and baby gate ideas sound reasonable so far.
