Question
my dog doesnt obey me she is 4 month old and dont even know handshake
she is a very intelligent dog but doesnt obey me
Dogs aren't born "knowing" how to "obey" (much like us humans!!) They must be taught and teaching a dog requires positive reinforcement and patience. Your dog needs you to be calm, consistent, and loving. Dr. Ian Dunbar is a British Veterinary Behaviorist in the USA (Berkeley California) who has an online site with FREE dog training instructions on You Tube AND written articles. His dog training sit:

BE CERTAIN to watch ONLY videos produced by Dr. Dunbar and ALWAYS use positive reinforcement and praise (NO choker collars, NO yelling, NO punishment, etc.) His site for articles and information on any dog behavior is DogStarDaily.com

ANY questions regarding any of this, repost using followup feature. Teach ONE behavior at a time, over the course of at least several days, and do it with patience and love. Remember that the most important thing about dogs is THEY WANT TO PLEASE US. A dog that doesn't "work" simply hasn't been taught properly. Much luck!

My practice is presently limited to forensics. I diagnose cause of dog bite, based upon testimony before the Court, for attorneys and insurance companies litigating dog bites, including fatal injuries. I also do pro bono work for bona fide rescue organizations, humane societies, et al, regarding such analysis in an effort to obtain release for dogs being held for death in municipal shelters in the US.
