| Comment | I agree with you. I had a feeling this was anxiety. It did rain in the early morning hours. When I first rescued her I would hold her and let her into bed. YES! I know this was wrong. I stopped that 3 years ago and lately she has stopped howling and crying but does the licking. Both dogs see a vet regularly, since we travel to other countries by sailboat. They are great sailors, even though pressganged and not by choice which goes against a Beagle's very being. Thank you for a very timely answer. Jude | ||
