Question
hi,

we have 2 cats at home and 10 days ago we bought a Maltese dog he is  5 months old and he is very cute but he does not like to eat his food and he always goes and eat the cat food how we can stop him of doing that and is the cat food bad for him . thanks

Answer
Dear Nevena,
Thanks for the questions. I'm not sure if occasional bits of cat food will threaten the health of your dog, but I know it's not good to feed dogs a constant diet of cat food.

Move the cat food to higher territory - on a shelf, on the washing machine, counter top, et cetera. Show the cat the new location.

Good Luck with your new pup!
