Question
Hello, I bought a new car and it had a prestige car alarm with auto start. However it did not come with a manual and the dealer did not have a clue as to how it worked. The remote has 4 buttons- lock, unlock, option, and one that has a key with a line over it and another symbol on top of it. I have tried to call the 800 number but I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. Can someone please help me?????
