Question
Hi I'm having problems with my alarm for this vehcile I don't have  the remote key entry anymore. The battery went dead completely. Jumped the car and began having alarm problems. Ha ving added a new battery, a new alternator, I still have alarm problems. Cannot turn off reliably with turing the key in the door or in the rear door.  Now whenever I turn the key in the lock, the horn sounds once. When I hot the electronic lock switch, the horn sounds once, When I start the car the lights flach.  The turning  the key inside the lock cylinders it does not seem to deactivate or reset completely. What am I missing. Or, is there any way to bypassit permanently disable the alarm without causing further systemic problems in the electrical system? thanks It is a1992 jeep grand Cherokee

Answer
This question is one of our most
frequently asked if you stop and look in the
Past Questions section on the site at
www.CARPROTECTOR.com , where you wrote
to me from.

Sorry, but not all of the information I supply is free
for general consumption. Most all is part of my
living online for ALARMTEK.

What is given at ALLEXPERTS for free does not jeopardize
another persons rights or personal security,
so I don't share certain or specific info there.

When I sell info online, it is at a fair price and is
for the specific buyers only. I will have a record
in case it's needed in the future.

This auto-e-mail re explains that I sell this
info at www.WIREWERX.com for the installation or,
retrofitting of a car alarm/keyless entry or
after market remote starter system.

In most cases, I can also provide the factory
noise generating-headlight flashing alarm system
disabling information as well. (see the Link There)

And I will be happy to help you with your project. :>)

Have a great day.
