Question
Hi. I own Nissan Rogue 09 and want to install alarm with remote start. Can't make decision between Viper 5901 and Galaxy 5000.
Any advise please.
Thank you.

Answer
Well with Viper, there is no backup support to the end user whatsoever!
It is they're company policy to send you to they're "dealer network" whenever
problems or questions arise. This will happen. It is fact.

In opposition, The Galaxy 5000 is easier to install,
has and does more than the Viper can, and
has great after sale support services.

Bundle all that with the initial
cost without the DEI piece & the notorious markup because
of the marketing of the "VIPER" name (at least 40% higher),
and the answer is easy too.

Get the 5000 & be happier.

(Keep in mind, you will also need a bypass module
for the Nissan "smart key" transponder in the ignition switch.
This is needed regardless of the remote starter purchased.)

Good luck with it.
