Expert: ALARMTEK - 11/3/2009

Question
I recently bought a 2005 Ford Mustang manual shift that has an ULTRA remote starter/ alarm system. The car also has a factory security system. When I press the start button to activate the starter I hear nothing but a clicking sound and see the lights on the dash flashing. This remote unit will lock my doors and engage the security but does not start the car- any suggestions on what to look for? Thankyou-  George Hopper
