Expert: ALARMTEK - 11/8/2009

Question
I have a 1993 jeep cherokee with aftermarket viper 514n alarm.  Recently replaced car battery and headlight switch, had to cut wires above the switch cuz they got a bit fried.  I hooked up all old wires to new switch exactly the way they were, but the alarm still does not work and keyfob does not lock/unlock anymore.
