Question I have an '04 Sentra with the Automate security system.
Somehow I did something and now when I press the lock/unlock
button it doesn't activate/deactivate the alarm, it just
locks/unlocks the car. I'm not sure what did, and I'm not
sure how to fix it...any help you could give would be
greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
Answer Sorry, no can do.
Please go to the front page for the
ALLEXPERTS designated site link for
ALARMTEK at www.CARPROTECTOR.com ,
and then at the disclaimer note left
there to discourage people from asking
any questions about:
DEI/VIPER/SIDEWINDER/HORNET/VALET
PYTHON/AUTOMATE/CLIFFORD/AVITAL/DESIGNTECH,
AUTOSTART, OR ANY OTHER DEI EQUIPMENT SERVICE
OR, EQUIPMENT SUPPORT REQUESTS.
Due to an agreement between myself and the
dealer support/technical support desk at
DIRECTED ELECTRONICS INC. (www.directed.com)
I will not answer any direct questions on they're
Car Alarm Products, to "they're" end users,
and in exchange, they will not sue me into
the stone age. :>/
So ok fine. While I must beg off personally,
please go to the following links
to make your inqiries on this issue:
www.INSTALLSUPPORT.com at
my 12 volt installers forum where Robert
& others will help you with these issues
directly.
(But not me ;>) )
or,
Email my collegue/Friend and DEI Tech.
Carlos at CARLOS.KIDWELL.@GMAIL.COM and
retstate your inquiry.
Or finally,
Go directly to the manufacturer
at www.DIRECTED.com
for they're renouned "End User
Direct Customer Support Services".
(yeah sure, in a perfect world maybe...)
