Car Alarms/Car alarm

Question
I recently installed a new stereo into my 1998 Toyota 4runner, and had to
disconnect the battery. After plugging the battery back in, the alarm
sounded like it should, but now whenever you open any door, it will
sound. And the car doesn't start either.. I have a python 460hp  system,
and we have tried everything in the manual, disarming it with the valet
button but nothing seems to work.
