Question
2007 cobalt, when I turn the ignition on the engine light and I believe it's the alarm lock light come on.  The steering wheel does not completely lock but it is very hard to turn.  The speedometer, gas and rpm needles flick up and down; the info screen (where the mileage is shown) goes crazy; and I hear a clicking noise coming from the transmission and it goes into gear rather hard (automatic transmission).  Can anyone please help me out.  thank you.
