Question
my silencer alarm remote on my 1997 toyota camry broke so i order a new one. i follow the instruction to program the new alarm remote but when finished the last step which is to to off the ignition the alarm keeps chirping. It still continue chirp even after i pull the key out and the alarm comes on when i put the key back and turn on the ignition but when i turn off the ignition it continues to chirp.I have to reset the valet and turn the ignition on a few times before it stops. I tried reprogram it exactly like the instruction but the same problem occurred.
