Question
The security light is on in the car and it will not start, the previous owner had remote start installed on it by circuit city, and they went out of business so I can't call them to ask what all they installed on it. All I know is that it has remote start, and when you use it the headlights go up and down which shouldn't happen. I'm not sure how to fix this, or even where to begin to fix it. I'm not sure if it already has a bypass on it or not, all I know is it does have remote start, and the security light is almost always on and it will not start at all, what do I need to do? 1996 V6 Pontiac Firebird.

Could be a bad module (PASSLOCK BYPASS)
Could be a bad install, but it needs to be looked at,
not guessed over.

It's hard to say what the problem could
be without first hand inspection. If you
would, restate this question in my installers
