Question
How can I disarm this or permanantly bypass the pats system in my 01 f-150

Answer
Depends on certain criteria.
This can be done with the PKFM bypass kit.
(see this at www.FORDPATS.com )

To do a bypass, you would have to have
the 2 programmed ignition keys for it, and
it would need to be able to start now.
If not, Ford will need to reset it for you.

There are no other fixes.

Sorry, but it's a difficult system to bypass.
