Question
My dodge is a 2004. Once in awhile the alarm will not deactivate with the Remote. I have 4 key fobs and they all have new batteries. Im afraid I will be stuck somewhere with no car in a montana winter. Even unlocking the car, with the key will not disable the alarm. What do I do to disable the alarm so I can get home or get to work. Brian

Answer
I'd add a remote starter, independent of the Dodge system
to warm it up and turn on the heater core for 15 mins.
It's a better, more defined way to get this done
and preserve the integrity of the Dodge's system as well.

It will require a bypass kit and basic remote start for
around 150.00, but would solve your security issue.

I hope this helped.
