Expert: ALARMTEK - 12/7/2010

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer XLT. When I bought the car there was no remote
for the alarm system, and in fact I didn't realize it even had an alarm system
until it suddenly started going off one day in a gas station. Since then, it has
gone off at random intervals, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for
minutes on end. There is also a switch in the foot well that seems to be a kill
switch for the fuel pump.
I'd like to know how to disable the alarm permanently, as it's quite
embarrassing to have alarm randomly sounding, with no way of turning it off.
