Just curious if I need bypass module or to deactivate my factory alarm
when installing a viper 5701 alarm

Nothing compatible with this DEI product from they're own database
that will fit to this car, but ye, you will need
a bypass kit to do this. The one suggested is the

OL-IB-C2
RF immobilizer bypass module for
Chrysler vehicles built as of 2004.
99.95 and is a special order, but doable.
