Car Alarms/Clifford Prime Level Four Passive Arming

Question
My son just purchased a 2001 Honda Accord that has this alarm installed. He would like to enable the passive arming feature, but we have been unable to learn how to do so. Please share the instructions so we can have the alarm automatically armed upon leaving the car. Also, please let us know how to disable this feature when he doesn't want the alarm to go off (ie when a mechanic is working on the vehicle).
