Expert: ALARMTEK - 6/25/2010

Hi , I just bought a 2001 saturn s series. Its standard and has 2 doors, and 1 suicide door. The car came with 1 saturn key but when ever i open the door after the key has been taken out of the ignition ( for example i get out of the car and close the door, then go to open it) weather it is locked or not a alarm will start going off. And the more you open the door ( the wider) the louder the alarm gets! As soon as you put the key in the ignition the alarm starts. Usually after this the car will start but the last couple times it will not start! It wont even turn over. You just turn the key and the dash signs go on and beep ( like when you dont do up your seat belt) I have no clue how to fix this! Or even what the problem is!! I was told the alarm may be a after market alarm because it goes off even when I open the trunk of the car. Am I able to over ride the alarm so I can start my car? Or does my car not starting have anything to do with the alarm problem? Any help would be great!! My car wont start at all!! Thanks!
