Expert: ALARMTEK - 6/30/2010

Question
I recently purchased a used ford econoline which has a auto mate 3 installed. i have never heard it alarm, but it kills the motor. I don't know how it works.  Is there a instruction manual that can be purchased.  Also i purchased another key fob, which did not sinc to the car when i tried to set it.  can you recommend somewhere where i can get service and answers  i live in the wash dc area.
