Expert: ALARMTEK - 6/15/2010

Question
i have a viper300 esp and i the alarm is going off and not responding to the remote. i can't seem to get the noise to stop (at least by triggering again) or start my engine. i've tried so manny things like putting my key in the ignition and turning to on position, then pressing the black button at the bottom like the manual says.. and i've tried pressing the remote sequence 1, 2, 1. i need my car and i don't know what to do.
