hello i have an 2007 scion tc and i got a prestige car alarm installed over an year ago and from that time it been going off for no reason when my car sit there. i parked in quiet areas, driveway, and so forth. when i arm the alarm about 20 to 40mins later it goes off for no reason. its driving me crazy please if someone can help me give me advice on what to do.

Could be anything from an open circuit being read by the current
sensing part of the alarm, the a too sensitive shock/impact sensor.

I'd have it evaluated by the installer who did it to determine
the fault.

I am sure they will honor they're installation warranty
for something like this.
