Expert: ALARMTEK - 8/10/2010

Question
The battery was taken out of my 97 toyota corolla. When the new battery was replaced the alarm went off. The car will not start now.  We did what the owners manual said to do to reset it, however, it did not work. I don't need the alarm on the car, so that isn't an issue. I was wondering if there is maybe a fuse that I could take out. I really need this car to
