I have a 2005 Dodge Neon sxt, The car will no longer start due to the Anti-thief device being activated. It could be possible that both keys need to be reprogrammed, but after contacting the dealership, they seem to think the Transponder module has went bad or needs to be reprogrammed.  

Is there a way to completely bypass the Transponder? So it doesn't require the sentry key.  I was looking at your previous answers, and the bypasses available.  But you had stated those just make the car think the key is always there, will that still work, if the actual transponder module is bad?  I just know the dealership is going to charge way to much for this, and I don't care about this anti-thief system anyhow.

Don't think so.
At this point the best thing is to get the new equipment installed.
If it's damaged, then no bypass would be possible in any event.
Hard enough to do when it's in perfect condition, but trying
to bypass Dodge's transponder when it's damaged is probably
impossible to do. Wish I had better news to impart.
