Expert: ALARMTEK - 9/9/2010

Question
I've had 2006 Hyundai Elantra for about 2 years and I have always used the Hyundai keyless transmitter. The other day I couldn't find my keys and needed to get something out of my car and i remembered it came with another transmitter from Viper so I tried using that and ever since every time i get in my car and close the door the Viper alarm goes off. I can still turn on the engine and drive it but the alarm keeps going. I want to know how to disable it and i want to know if it will disable it for good or if the solution is only good so you can drive it to the auto repair guy to have it taken out completely.
