Car Alarms/Doors won't lock with keyless remote

Question
It appears that I don't know where to find my valet switch in my car. I was hoping to reset the switch and the doors would lock. Do you know if there a dealer or whoever that deals with "Executive Model One/Ultimate" alarm systems. I have changed the battery in the keyless remote but does not solve the problem I really think I have to reset the alarm but can't seem to locate a button.
Try to find a tech at www.installhelp.com
or even go up to the local Best Buys
and talk to the techs in the back.
They can inspect and correct if need be.
The valet is usually to the left of the
drivers leg area drilled into the plastic panel.
