Comment	realizing the frustration of answering the same questions repeatedly, how about mentioning that sudden problems could be caused by a dead battery. after spending over 45 mins, with you, on top of the time spent before hitting the computer, I found the answer on another site, and still had time to replace the battery before they closed. You are not talking to someone that should know the answer, we are common laypersons to this subject.
