QUESTION: Have A 2005 chevey 1500 LT loaed I use the remote to lock and unlock doars nothing happens hit strarter buttion it will strart and dy on me replaced batterys no change wont lock or un lock and wont stay running need help. thank you

ANSWER: This requires the PLJX bypass kit to bypass the
PASSLOCK 2 system in your Chevy.

If you already have a bypass in it, and you lost vehicle power,
it may have lost programming. If so, take it to a local
installer who does your system and have them re program.

QUESTION: It did not lose power at all Evey thing worked fine till last week I hit the start buttion and it starts and shuts off and dose it again thinking it might be A relay or something wont lock or un lock doors at all lights flash on and off dont under stand why it will start and shut right off dont have lots of monney have kids to feed thank you verey much for any help.

Won't know anything unless you take it to someone who recognizes
the work done and can modify it.

But most everything points to either an unprogrammed
bypass kit, or the lack of one.

The remote starter can't work correctly without it.
I don't get paid here, so I can relate to the "dont have lots of money"
thing.
