Expert: ALARMTEK - 2/2/2011

Question
I Purchased the Python 1400xp remote start several years ago. The whole unit worked fine for a couple of years. than the remote start stopped working and hasn't worked since than. I press the yellow star button just as the instructions tell me to. than it starts for 5 sec and than shuts off and repeats this 2 more times(total of 3) than stops. I'm not sure what is wrong with it. I would like to find a solution to getting it fixed. I am able to start the vehicle manually with my key so i know the problem is not with my truck.
