Question
I am going to try and install a Crimestopper Cool Start RS900 Series VII into a 1992 Jeep cherokee Larado I6 4.0 4x4 auto that had keyless entry in it from the factory. This is a keyless/remote start system. My main question is for the door locks. Do I have to do any special relay setups for this car? The last time I installed keyless was about 10 years ago and I am very rusty. Any other you should knows about this install that you might be able to save me some pain would be appricated.

Answer
This vehicle has a factory alarm and 5 wire reverse door lock system.
Relays will be needed unless the CS has this built in.

But otherwise, not a hard installation.

If you want the notes for the truck and
tips diagrams for the basic installation,

Have a good one.
