Expert: ALARMTEK - 3/22/2011

Question
I have a '05 Lotus Elise with a Lotus installed Cobra 8186 system. After storing the car in the garage for two months (with no battery tender, but that's a different story), the battery was dead (7.7v open circuit). I replaced it, and now the car will not start. No fuel pump, no starter motor. Sounds like the immobiliser. The key fob works just fine, and the alarm tell-tale indicates that the alarm is properly dis-armed, but still, no start. I've tried an emergency override by keying in the PIN #, but still no joy. I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
