Car Alarms/programming switch replacement?

Question
The programming "valet" switch is missing on my prestige aps685 unit. The wiring diagram shows the location of a two wire micro terminal for a black and grey wire. Is this a special switch? what specific type of switch does it need for a replacement? And would it matter how to wire the switch terminals?  I don't want to damage the unit.

Answer

valet
Just run up to the local Best Buys or any stereo car alarm
shop. They are relatively cheap 5.00 and are readily
available at those stores.

Just ask for a standard valet switch.
It should simply click into place on
the current vale switch port for your alarm.

Good luck.
