Expert: ALARMTEK - 3/21/2011

Question
Approx. 3-4 months ago I had my service engine light and security light come on at the same time , requiring me to have my tranny rebuilt . Once done codes were cleared , except security light which has been on ever since . It's on when driving and when I use the acc. to listen to the radio . It does'nt affect anything that i'm aware of , everything works normal , I'm just tired of seeing it lit up in my dash . Please tell me that this is not a problem , and how I can turn it off .         Thanks Ray 67

Getting powered by residual lead going
to it from cluster light feeds.
Really hard to track those down and pinpoint
which one sends a power sig. thru when the key
is on or off. Try this.
