Expert: ALARMTEK - 4/15/2011

Question
I have a Carbine Alarm plus system in an eclipse, my remote got wet and shorted out, I had to unlock my car with the key which set the alarm off, I disconnected one of the fuses under the dash which disabled the siren but it still chirps and clicks every few seconds when the car is running, theres a switch on it and when i flip it, it then chirps all the time even when the cars off, how do I reset it? Or reprogram it with another remote?
