Expert: ALARMTEK - 5/12/2011

Question
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP.i need to disable the factory fitted alarm as i cant start it.put new batteries in key fob but still no joy.suspect key fob is faulty because doors wont lock or unlock with key fob.
Its a uk speck jeep right hand drive and i live in cyprus.followed you tip but when i went to ground out the purple wire with yellow trace i could not find it.found wire going into the multi block at door but not coming out of multi block.tried grounding wire anyway but this did note work.alarm still activates and wont start as the alarm disables the starter motor.i
dont need the key fob just need to disable alarm system

Let's try another spot to locate it:

"Also located in the same 14 pin black
connector as the separate door trigger wires.
ted between the steering column and the
drivers kick panel. The plug is located in the
drivers side front corner of BCM just behind the
knee bolster. All wires in the plug exit straight
down."

Check this area to see if you can
ground here.
