Expert: ALARMTEK - 6/20/2011

Question
When my 2000 Town car cranks but won't start the red light on top of the dash blinks really fast when we turn the key to the on position. We put a new fuel pump and battery in it. The Ford garage can't figure out why our car cranks over but won't start. It has started 3 to 4 times in the last week and not started the rest of the time. We were able to get it to start and we drove it to the dealership and then it wouldn't start for them, so they hooked it up to the computer and it wouldn't recognize it. Then the next morning it started for them and the computer on the car let the garages computer in. They replaced the battery and reprogrammed the keys, we drove it home and now won't start again. This time I pulled the fuses out of the aftermarket remote starter that has been on the car for 2 years and it still cranks over but will not start. The Ford garage says they have never seen this before. Do you know what is wrong with my car?
