Expert: ALARMTEK - 6/16/2011

Question
I have a 1998 gmc Safari that came w a Python 1500 esp alarm/ remote start system installed. it was working just fine then all of a sudden it stopped. The remote has a new battery, the LED is bright green. But I get no results upon pressing the remote buttons even while inside the van. Usually when you turn off the van the doors unlock, they don't do that either. Is there a troubleshoot to do or a manual that I can follow(my van had a previous owner so I have no manuals for the alarm). Ant help will be greatly appreciated.
