Car Alarms/Battery died replaced it then alarm not letting me start my car

Hello I have a 96 civic and after replacing the battery my alarm started going off over anything lights and everyworks just my car wont turn over just a click how can I reset or remove the alarm without the remote

VALET SWITCHES
VALET SWITCHES
KEY IN AND IN THE ON POSITION JUST BEFORE CRANKING,
PRESS AND HOLD IN VALET SWITCH/BUTTON UNTIL YOU
GET A CHIRP FROM THE SIREN, AND MAYBE A FLASH OF THE LIGHTS.
KEY OFF.
This procedure would let you toggle into and out of
overrind on most alarms.
