I have a 1993 Nissan maxima and the security light is flashing on the dash and it will not start. It started fine a few days ago but the battery went dead so I replaced it. After I did that that's when it wouldn't start. What should I do to get it to start?

Hmmmm, well it's Likely going to be factory if it's
the car's own horn honking.

However, if it's a siren and flashing lights,
it's after market.

So, ok, here's what I know...

Normally, putting the key in the drivers side door lock,
turning to the left, then to the right all the way
will unlock and disarm/reset the "OEM factory"
alarm system.

Unfortunately, that's the extent of what I can or should
share openly here at ALLXPERTS.com :>( .

(Actually, it's also legally prescribed for me not to.)

Obviously, posting this sort of sensitive information
for all to see and implement is not a good idea.
