Car Alarms/TOAD Immobiliser cuts in

Question
Hi all, have a TOAD Ai606 installed on my car. Not used car a while so battery was flat, repalced battery and alarm and everything working fine in that it lets me open/lock doors alarm activates and deactiviates. However once i start the car it only stays started for abou 30 secs and the immobliser cuts in switching off the car. The LED for the alarm never goes off when car is started but stys illuminated... Any help greatly appreciated.
