Car Alarms/96 honda accord ex won't start!

Question
I have a 1996 Honda Accord that i just picked-up for a $1000!six
cyl and has what i read to be an (aftermarket) Pursuit alarm...I had to replace the batteries in the remote.....ok no problem...at the pump yesterday and tried to start her...but she won't turn over...all my accessories work and finally I found the kill switch and got her going again....well same thing this morning......weather here in NY is at 11degrees ....why cant i flip the switch and start it like i did yesterday!??Please advise!

Answer
Try, key in the on position in the ignition,
flip the switch to the opposite direction, key off
then try to start it.

If wantint to remove the security,
