I NEED INFO ON GETTING A REPLACEMENT ALARM OWNER MANUAL FOR MY VIPER 478. I JUST BOUGHT A USED CAR WITH THE SYSTEM INSTALLED ON IT, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK THE ALARM, OR MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS. WHERE CAN I FIND A NEW MANUAL?

Sorry, If you did not notice, there is a link to the
DEI-VIPER-SIDEWINDER-RATTLER Q&A forum On the site
you just came from. Was It not functioning?
If not, I'll double check that link right away.
In the meantime, you should take this inquiry
to the 12 volt installers forum.

I don't know Viper products myself,
but the guys over at the forum do.
