Question
Hi i bought an 05 Cadillac bose amp because it was missing but now that i have it only one of the plugs will plug in the other to will not and I was wondering if there was any way for me to still be able to use this amp or would i have to buy another one

Answer
Hi Alex,

While you could make it work, it's likely not worthwhile.

You'd have to get your hands on the right harness for that amp, and then dig up the wiring schematic for both of them, and splice them together.  And then it might not even be rated quite right for your hardware.

I'd suggest putting it up on eBay, and buying a replacement.

Expertise

I can answer questions about the electronics and mathematics behind car stereos, provide information on locating wires, wire interference, gauges, etc. Since they're almost entirely subjective, asking questions about brand names may not result in the most useful answers.

Experience

I've been installing car stereos for friends and family (albeit not professionally) for 8 or 9 years. My knowledge lies mostly in the math and technical aspects: impedance, required gauges, fuse levels, frequency response, etc.
