Car Upholstery - seats

Question
Hi mark,
I have another question for you, what's the cheapest way to get a decent leather interior job, is it possible to just buy seats off a scrap car and install them if they fit? for a 92' civic.

Answer
Yes, as long as the leather is still good and the bolt pattern is the same. Seats from another manufacturer or year model group may require redrilling  track modification, or leveling with shims or blocks- providing it is not too wide or tall. Also use a good leather cleaner/restorer to add longer life to any leather product. Mark
