This is G.Pavan Kumar.I completed Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science in 2004.I am still unemployed.Please give me some advice as to how to make my career well settled

Some stats say that 87% of jobs are never advertised.

By the time you see the 13% that are advertised, then hundreds of others have already seen it.

You need a systematic plan for finding the "hidden" job market.  Select 30-40 companies for which you would like to work.  It doesn't matter if they are advertising vacant positions or not.  Mail a letter of introduction to let them know you are interested in them and you will forward a resume in a couple of days.  Do not send it to HR!  Find a decision maker in the company and address it to him/her.   Then mail your resume to the same person with a note saying that you will call them to follow up on a specified date and time a couple of days later.  Then call the decision maker.  This will help set you apart from the crowd.
