Question
I hope that you can help me.  At this time of "recession almost", do you know where I could find training other than through the state. I went there before. TBI. Didn't work out.  Could you steer me to techinical training schools with sucess this time? I could type info all day.I would like to find out where I (slightly disabled) can find a job.   I don't mean to be arguementave.(sp?) Thank you.   I tried state, brain injury ass. etc. Ask a question and it is a speech. No answer.

Answer
Hi Jon,

>do you know where I could find training other than through the state.

There are lots of private technical schools around.  I'm not sure of your location.  But you would very likely find some in your area with a Google search.  Also, there are many online technical training programs.

You might also consider finding someone that is currently doing a career that you are interested in pursuing.  Ask them if they will train you.  You might pay them.  Or you might work along side them as they teach you.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
